Our fast-paced lives have allowed hyper-convenience to turn the home-cooked meal into a luxury. Here at Bistro B, we aim to bring the luxury back into everyday living.

The goal of Bistro B is simple: through posts featuring simple and quality ingredients, tips and techniques, and the occasional fun fact, we hope to inspire you to create your own delectable dishes at home. We will strive to include seasonal ingredients and local finds from our own locale — and we hope to inspire you to explore your arrondissement just the same! And we’ll always feature a dose of our special ingredient: our Parson Russell Terrier, Bishop. Happy eating!
