Choux or pâte à choux, whichever you fancy, it is de-li-ci-ou-s. It, in our humble opinion, is one of the best examples of why we love french food. Such a simple combination of ingredients - flour, butter, sugar, and eggs - can create something remarkable. It serves as the base for many things that we love, from sweet to savory, and we have included all of the recipes that use this wonderful base that we have here au bistrō.
