negroni

What exactly is this apéritif? Legend has it what Pascal Olivier Count de Negroni concocted it by asking the bartender to strengthen the Americano by adding gin rather than the normal soda water. All we know, is that it is tasty and this version uses Sevilla orange to take the citrus flavor up a notch. Many recipes go for a 1:1:1 ratio of ingredients, but we prefer to up the gin ratio!

Happy Barking!
